| DLL1 基因，全称delta like canonical Notch ligand 1，定位于人类6q27 染色体区域，编 码Notch 信号通路中经典的激活型配体，属于DSL 蛋白家族。该基因编码的蛋白定位于细 胞膜表面，顺利获得反式激活相邻细胞的Notch 受体，是侧向抑制机制的核心执行者，可在均 一祖细胞群体中诱导产生“椒盐状”的差异化分化模式，同时依赖E3 连接酶Mindbomb1 介 导的内吞机械力牵拉，启动Notch 受体的下游信号剪切。 在生理功能层面，DLL1 是神经发生、体节形成、造血干细胞干性维持过程中的关键 调控因子，其表达的动态振荡是脊椎动物身体分节的分子时钟基础。 |
